The service at this location is awful, provided you can find a sales associate to help you. I walked around with items in my hand looking for a fitting room for five minutes before someone asked if I needed assistance. There were staff around; however, they looked busy preparing for inventory and none of them acknowledged my presence. I won't be back.

I had the best, smoothest, and caring experience buying my new Burberry Jacket from this store and the person that made it so amazing is by the (store manager). she really goes above and beyond what is required of a manager. If only everyone in this world was so polite, patient, and professional we would be surrounded with awesome people at all times. This is my Neiman Marcus store from now on for sure! I will surely be back soon!!! Thank you!
