We had Keith come to our home to inspect our wood burning stove. He did a thorough job and was very patient with us as he thoroughly described how the stove worked and explained the functions of each lever and valve on the stove. He also told us what the stove needed to be within code (he put the screws in each section of the pipe); He went into detail of what temperatures to run the stove and also inspected our wood to make sure it was seasoned and told us how to determine if a piece of wood is seasoned. We will always call him in the future. We were very pleased with his service and his price was very reasonable.

Provided by YP.comI hade them fix my chimney from winter damage. The estimate was higher than the other one I got. After speaking to them they did the job for the lower price. Had no real issues with them. I did have a problem with the clearance of the chimney cap. I called them and within two days it was fixed. I will only use this company now for any chimney work.

Provided by YP.comWe hired this company to repair our chimney and were told that it would be done in a week tops. Well, we had to wait 6 month for him to return any of our phone calls. After waiting for any updates we decided to tear the whole thing down. He patched up the hole in our wall and never finished the job. we paid him 1/2 of the money he estimated the job would cost up front which we don't recommend doing to anyone.Overall this has been a terrible experience for us and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking to do any repairs on their chimney.
I was in contact with owners off and on during project and was working with the town of Bethel to resolve the issue of a fireplace that never got the C/O 10 years prior. It ended up having other underlying problems with current codes. This was clearly not a typical situation. Because of clearance from their chimney to neighboring deck. Once prefab chimney was opened up there would have been additional expenses, due to code restrictions. Owner's chose not to have additional expenses and had me take down the chimney and close up wall, which I did. I told them I would try to find a match for their pergo flooring at no cost and install it, I did not patch floor. I was paid for only what I did no more no less.
