Dr. Dawn Sammons is a 2003 graduate of Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her dermatology residency in June of 2008. She is an associate clinical professor at Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has lived in Southeast Ohio for over 20 years and is pleased to be able to serve the communities in this area.Dr. Sammons is devoted to the study and treatment of all dermatologic diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. She has a particular interest in skin cancer and dermatologic surgery. Our state of the art office equipment allows for us to do all but the most complicated dermatologic surgeries in-house, under local anesthesia. In addition, we are also pleased to offer photo-dynamic therapy for the treatment of actinic keratoses and laser therapy for hair removal and vein therapy.
