I visited Ziti Pasta Italiano today at Crossroads mall and received terrible service. The worst part was the following.I filled up my soft drink close to the top, but had to stop to allow the 'foam' to diminish. I continued waiting for my food as I did so. When the food arrived I then reached over to top off my soft drink. After I did, they demanded that I PAY a refill charge!!!! I didn't even take a drink of the thing. we debated, finally I paid the .50 and decided that I will not be returning.
