The path of Real Estate started for me in Glasgow, Scotland with a highlight in 1984 as I completed a Bachelors degree in Construction Cost Analysis, Law and Project Management. Enjoying real estate and building new construction homes has attracted me to further education and other various real estate courses. In 1990, I completed and passed my Associate of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors exams specializing in design and build law. In 1994, I started selling real estate in Bellevue, Washington with John L. Scott Real Estate. My career here has been marked with a passion for quality construction and service. This, I feel, has caused me to quickly excel in the real estate field. I have been fortunate to win Awards every year to date and have spoke on many real estate advisory panels. Happily, for 19 years I’ve been married to April and we together enjoy our three children. I am an avid soccer fan, involved with Boy Scouts of America, a coach and a taxi service for my children.
