Very kind and caring medical professional. Wrote an appeal letter to my medical insurance asking for dental coverage due to special reasons. It was turned down, but I felt the effort was extraordinary. I am a medical professional myself, and so in my 40 year career I cannot remember anyone in memory that I worked with or personally received medical care from that made such a special impression.
