DON'T rent at Edgewood Park. They are incompetent (They made ledger mistakes then refused to fix them because they couldn't understand basic accounting principles). They are unscrupulous (They made up bogus damage charges. We never even hung a picture on the wall and were only there for four months and they charged us $150 to repaint the entire apartment and $120 for carpet replacement even though there was no damage. When asked to provide proof in the form of photos, they didn't because they didn't have any and they knew that I wasn't likely to come back from out of state to sue them.). They are unprofessional (they are required by law to provide a statement within 14 days and they didn't, even though they had my new address, my email address, and my phone number.)



I was waiting for a refund! I found out they had turned it over to a collection agency and smeared my credit without even letting me know that they felt I owed them money. From then, I had no power. If I came back and sued them, I know the judge would rule in my favor but, because they knew I wouldn't, they wouldn't take responsibility for any of their mistakes.



They are professional rip-off artists. If you were to not heed my advice or if you are already entwined with them... make sure you get everything in writing, record every conversation, and take photos of everything.
