I can't say enough about Bella Dental Care and the wonderful staff Dr. Rima employs. This is by far the best experience I've had at any Dental office, bar none. Dr. Rima has such a kind considerate manner when dealing with patients, and is always ensuring that you are comfortable in her chair! All of the assistants are great, they are so friendly, and make you feel at home. The great customer care does not stop behind the office doors, but extends to her office staff as well! Thanks to Cherri for always having a smile, even over the phone you can hear the smile in her voice! I have a high standard for customer service, having worked in it for many years myself, and Bella Dental Care is the best of the best! This was the best dentist experience I ever had and I was getting cavities filled! Everyone is so nice, flexible and they do a great job. Very thurough.
