Founded by Rick Roelke and Steve Bromley in July 1983, Metronics is one of the world's premiere developers of metrology software and digital readouts for measuring and inspecting 2D and 3D geometric components. Metronics is a member of the HEIDENHAIN GmbH group. The company s 20,000-square-foot manufacturing center and headquarters is located in Bedford, N.H. The company s Quadra-Chek product lines provide support for single-axis and multi-axis dimensional measurement of 2D and 3D parts on both new and existing tool platforms. Quadra-Chek digital readouts and PC-based products integrate innovative user interface conventions, state-of-the-art ergonomics, powerful data import, export and analysis tools. The company is privately owned and employs nearly 30 people.
