INFURIATED and tired of waiting! Coastal Pools is an absolute Rip-Off! Paid them totally off for our pool, and have had some headache or issue from them, practically since day one. We went with them because they have been in business so many years (almost 60), and they seemed like they were a reputable company. Well, let me just tell you, they're NOT! Over two years later, they still haven't fixed my spa. The only time they've done anything, is after waiting for 5/6/7 months or more, and/or filing a complaint with the BBB, and things still aren't fixed. Now, they're billing me $800 plus, for rebuilding a pool cleaner and adding a small wheel devise to the front, but the darn thing still doesn't work! I could have purchased a brand spanking new one, for a lot less! Paid $20,000 more than the other bids. Looks like we'll have to hire a lawyer .I should have listened to what others were saying. Don't fall for their "Got your back" persona. One star because they won't let you leave a zero.

Coastal made repairs to the deck around my pool - awesome job and very fast.

I had a beautiful swimming pool built by the team at Coastal Pools and it turned out 1,000 times better than I could have ever imagined. The service was top notch and the timeliness of the work was incredible. If you are in the market for a pool you have to check these guys out. (Ask for Jordan)
