You called me July 21st 2015 for a virus complaining the last guy "screwed" you and you weren't in the best position to pay for another repair. Always willing to help, as the 1500+ customers I have served over the last 12 years will backup, I went above and beyond for you with 15 calls in 7 days. One complaint was that your files were missing after the last guy. I saw in your laptop you had already had the Windows.old file which signified an upgrade was previously performed. This is where your files are after this process. I recovered those and returned them to your user folder. And I also removed the malware and spyware which was the basis of your original call.

After the work was completed I was willing to send an invoice to you and charged only $89.00 plus tax for what was almost ten hours of support. I received the check four weeks later. You had also asked me to create a GUEST account and asked if I would be able to recover songs off your device. Still willing to help I said I can do that when you are ready. Four months later, you send a inappropriate TEXT message. I ignored it. Then a couple more TEXT's a few weeks later. Each one threatening and inappropriate in content. You accused me of sabotaging your computer and somehow holding a password to a GUEST account that if you do not know you can just change it as the admin of the laptop. As I said in my one and only response to you...I do not wish bad on anyone but I also have the right to no longer call you a customer. The sad part if you dialed my number once I would have told you the 3 minute steps to reset the password you obviously forgot.

To recap, you hired me to perform work late July. I accepted and completed successfully as your payment four weeks later in the last week of September signified. December you had further issues and did not call me but instead just threatened via TEXT messages. Now I no longer accept your business. Please stop sending the vulgar Texts.

Mike the computer guy was our second call after the first company wanted what we felt was a lot of $$. He came over the same day and was very reasonable. We will use him again and have already given his number to our neighbor.

ROBBED ME, mike the computer paid him 100 to take off viruses off my computer, he deleted internal programs on my computer so that different things dont even work. I could create a second acount before he messed with it now i can't only another admin account which he made then never gave me the passcode, and ignored me for months until i said i was calling the cops. I have to pay someone again over 100 to fix what he broke. He spent hours from his house working on it from my house over the internet, because he couldn't figure out what he messed up so he ditched out what a great guy.. pathetic for screwing me over. Who creates another guest account on my labtop dont give me the password because he probably fogot it. oh and never transferred my music over from the ipod like he said. complete robber and a fraud he should not have a buisness.!!!
