First time using Ace Chimney Sweep also first time I've ever owned a house with a wood burning stove. After 5 months of living in the new cabin, We had smoke and ash coming into our cabin from the stove pipes when we burned it so bad it was burning my wife's eyes. When we called Fred he came out quickly even when snow was predicted. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and proceeded to complete his work in a timely and professional matter. He was very courteous, I would highly recommend his services to everyone.

Mr Kaiser's company, Ace Chimney Sweeps, was referred to me by my neighbor, who has used him for years. Mr Kaiser was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, cooperative with scheduling a time to come to clean my chimney, and he called to remind me the night before coming. When he got here, he advised me of some obvious issues and possible solutions. He took every care to prevent any dirt or damage to my home and he worked assiduously for 2+ hours to clean my chimney, calling me several times to observe what he had found or was doing. He made a referral for a low-cost mason to fix an issue that was of concern to me. All in all, he was a "golden rule" professional, who I would recommend heartily to anyone needing his services!
