Do not go here ever. Took my car there for state Inspection in Baltimore MD, and their team claimed I had a cracked windshield that would have to be replaced. There is no crack. The windshield has blemishes in one spot where it was chipped from a stone. That has been fixed by safe light. They also claimed my head light weren't bright ENOUGH! Dont go here a complete rip off and all they want is you money!

I have been doing business with Arnold's for all my wife's car repairs since 1993 and recently my own since I just started driving. I had problems with my rotors and the mechanic took the time to show and explain what the problem was and any new problems. What he discovered is that the dealership which diagnosed the problem just days ago said I had to get the rotors replaced because they were worn but the dealership did not tell me was that there were worn brak pads also. had i allowed the dealership to do the repair, it would cost me a bundle. Arnold's was thorough and and tested the new rotors and pads before I drove the car. Fortunately, they were able to make the re[pairs within 3 hours. I was impressed. If you want integrity and honestly in customer service I would strongly suggest going to Arnold's
