Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced locally, not only did every person in the entire store ignore me when I walked in,.... the service guy was completely demeaning and rude, no one wanted to help me they were so lazy they would not even move one of their own employees vehicles who was parked blocking the propane filling station to fill the propane in my Rv, nor would they move one of their company trucks so. I could pull in at a different angle to use the filling station, they then suggested I go a mile down the road to Lorden oil,

NOT only was Lorden oil cheaper, they were also super polite, and while I was filling the Rv at Lorden of AYER,.. I talk to an older gentleman in his mid sixties, who also said he will never go there because he had been treated badly by their entire staff as well,... I really do not want to give them any stars but yellow pages is making me give them at least one, extremely dissatisfied

awful customer service. Not even worth 1 star. There is a female who was there and she was very rude and was not knowledgable about the equipment. I purchased a machine that had a defect and they blamed me because it was a cheap piece of machinery! I advise everyone to go somewhere else.
