In defense of the extremely poor rating and reviews they this Office Depot location has received on Yelp and other websites, I would just like to ssy that contrary to other customers' receipt of bad and rude service for whatever reason(s), I have nothing but great things to say especially about one if the managers Gerald. I had called him regarding a Nova shredder I had received by another manager, also very cooperative and nice by the name if CeeCee which she exchanged for me from yet another disfunctional shredder. The second one completely jammed after using it only twice. So when I had explained this over the phone to Gerald, not only was he polite and courteous, he without hesitation told me to come into the store and that he would exchange it for me! I went in the next day and he did just that giving me an upgrade for the one I returned. The only criticism I would have is that the woman at the front counter kept pressing me to allow her to help me when I emphatically asked for Gerald. She was, in fact, overbearing and overcompensating scanning the box and telling me that they no longer have that item. And again, I had to tell her I was there to see Gerald. Bottom line is I walked out of their a very happy customer so I really cannot say anything bad about this Office Depot location. And big props to Gerald, he certainly demonstrated, at least to me, what good customer service is all about, which is so sorely lacking in most stores and businesses in South Florida. Thanks again Gerald.
