I have been here several times in the past and have been semi-satisfactory with the business as a whole. It is located in a pretty bad area in Austin as far as crime. Several places in this shopping center have been robbed within the last year and half.

But the reason I will not go back and encourage people not to go is due to the staff. Specify an older man that works there(I would say gentleman but he is far from it). He has his friends there hanging out with him while he is working talking out loud about people and making threats. When I confronted to advise that I know that he works in a bad area and understand he has to have tough skin but that I was upset and offended by the things he was saying and telling his friends while I was inside. I requested his name he stated he did not have to give it to me for his safety. However what about the safety of the public that he is offending and threatening. I told him I understood and asked for a managers name. He said "I am the manager and Im not giving you may name. I'm done talking so get out of here." This is completely unacceptable. I told him have a great day and walked to my car. When I turned around he was outside on his phone.

I believe he is unsafe and by going to the business Im putting myself and children at risk. You never know what can occurred had he offended the wrong person in that neighborhood.
