RUN AWAY!

AFTER BEING A MEMBER FOR YEARS, THE CREDIT CARD I HAD ON FILE EXPIRED. INSTEAD OF A FRIENDLY REMINDER, I GET A LETTER SAYING I WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY IF I DO NOT PAY THE OUTSTANDING FEES IN PERSON. I WILL NEVER USE ONE OF THEIR PLACES AGAIN!
