scratched my glasses at work and work decided to repair them. I went there and they wouldn't fix them without an appointment saying my perscription has is expired. I don't qualify for a exam for 6 months so I suspect I go without them until then. You should change your policy. I just wanted the lens fixed and you would have been paid. but now you have lost a customer but you are porbably used to it.
