Took, Oscar, our 15 year old Shitzu for a grooming this week for the first time at this groomer. What a pleasant surprise! They were sooo caring! They took the time to discuss his issues, and my fears. When I picked him up after only 3 hours, he was so clean and cared for, he pranced out the door and was so alert and seemed happy! And he STILL is prancing around like a much younger dog. I will no longer dread taking Oscar to be groomed!

We have had good results for five years. Three Shih Tzu's and one is a senior. Not sure why yp requires a 100 character long review when 100 is not needed to say what I want.

This place is awful. I walked in and it smelled like dog pee. My Inlaws were coming so against my better judgement, I checked my pups in. The girls reeked of cigarettes. The two girls were very rude about the needs of my two dogs. After 6 hours they finally called to tell me my dogs were done. When I arrived they refused to let me see my dogs until I paid. Then once they came out their faces had not been trimmed at all. They looked like bobble heads. The hair by there eyes was still over an inch long. Their nails also were not clipped. When I called the owner she said they were the best groomers and that I was wrong about how the dogs looked. She fought with me for 15 minutes and then hung up on me! If you want a good looking dog DON'T Go here.

Rude, arrogant, incompetent low lifes. I'll never bring my animals here again.

I have had my Cocker Spaniel serviced by the owner of Heritage Pet Grooming in Aurora for almost three years. I have never had a bad experience with her. I appreciate her time and care for my dog. They get along well. Keep up the great work.

If you love your dogs and you want a good haircut, DO NOT take them to Heritage in Aurora! I took both my dogs there. We used to take them to another place and we decided to give Heritage in Aurora a try since it is closer to our home. One of my dogs is a yorkie and I had being growing his hair for a while so he would look like a yorkie and we wanted to give him a nice “specialty cut” so he would look nice for the holidays. When I got to Heritage I spend at least 15 minutes talking to the ladies at the front desk, explaining what we wanted for Louie, we even looked at some pictures in a magazine! They also told me that since what I wanted was a "specialty cut" it was going to cost me $20 more. I agreed because based on what we talked, it sounded great. My husband picked both our dogs and he even gave the ladies a generous AND THEN he saw our dogs. He was immediately disappointed! When he got them in the car, he realized they had not even cut their nails! So he had to go back and the ladies said they had forgotten. I wish I cut post a picture of my dogs. They almost shaved Louie!!! It is horrible AND may I remind you we actually had to pay extra! When I called the manager she asked me to bring him back so she personally could "fix it". There is NO HAIR left for them to fix anything!!! My dog is a yorkie that looks like a hairless Chihuahua now!!! They have being the most difficult and inconsiderate people I have dealt with. Lack of customer service, terrible experience, worst "hair cut" EVER!!! Would not recommend it!
