Augusta Laser and Skin Care is my favorite one stop shop for everything pertaining to my overall appearance and confidence. Both the staff and services are always exceptional. I have been a loyal customer for a year now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. If you are looking to shed some embarrassment that you can't control in order to gain new confidence, Augusta Laser and Skin Care is the place to go. I have suffered for years with chronic acne on my face and underarm hair that I could not seem to go without for more than four or five hours no matter how often I shaved each day. After years of embarrassment and thousands of dollars wasted on over the counter products, I finally decided to fix my exterior blemishes once and for all by making an appointment at Augusta Laser and Skin Care clinic. I was nervous going into my initial consultation with Kim however, she made me feel very comfortable and confident from the moment she began explaining all of my options. Kim explained the various procedures and suggested I go with a series of chemical peels for my acne and laser hair removal for my underarm hair. After my very first session with Kim I felt confident that I was on the right path to regaining my confidence and was in safe hands. After my second session I could already begin seeing drastic results, my acne was almost non-existent and I was only having to shave under my arms once a day. In just a few short months I looked and felt like a new person. Today, I am no longer afraid to lift my arms above my head at the gym for fear of hair showing or to go to the grocery store without makeup on thanks to the services I have received from this wonderful facility and Kim in particular. I strongly recommend giving Augusta Laser and Skin Care a call, the only thing you have to lose is embarrassment.

I've been going to Augusta Laser for hair removal treatments for a couple of years now. I LOVE how comfortable they've made me feel, how gracious they've been when I needed to reschedule appointments, and just basically the pleasantness of the whole experience. On ONE occasion the particular laser that is used in my treatments had to go in for servicing on the day of my scheduled appointment. Rather than going ahead and treating me with a machine from which the results would not have been optimal, they called to inform me of the situation and very apologetically offered me other free services for the inconvenience if I wouldn't mind coming in on a different day. They were VERY familiar with the details of my treatments and wanted to provide me with the best possible results. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to someone seeking laser treatment services.

Is this Augusta Laser or American Laser or both? Howcome there are two listings with the same address listed with two different names. Why is this so? I don't know anything about this place. It seems to be like a spa. I personally would want something done that would take one treatment instead of multi-treatments. Thanks to one of the doctors from Augusta Plastic Surgery, Randolph Smith, I might have to have laser resurfacing because this doctor can't tell a hair follicle from a skin cancer. Hopefully he is not associated with this place, because he is not very smart. Augusta Plastic surgery is a co-owner, so he may be one of the owners but in one site it stated only two of the three doctors as owners. If this is so, Why is it? This is questionable. But if he is not a owner, he will do his part by messing his patients up unnecessarily so they will need some lasering done, unfortunately this place does not offer a laser strong enough to correct his messes. I have just about decided to hold off on laser resurfacing, because of the horror stories that are associated to all types of lasering. Since seeing this doctor who did a procedure without my knowledge, I am being more careful and learning all I can. Some doctors will take the time to explain things and will be truthful, then there are doctors like Randolph Smith who do not have the time and do not care, they just want money. An important fact about lasering etc, there can be so many complications. You are not told that any good results will only be temporary, but any bad results may be permanent. Think about what you do and who you let do it to you. Find a doctor who is competent and genuinely cares about you. Research and read the pros and cons to the procedures out there. Some doctors will tell you only what you want to hear and only what they want you to know. There are alot of people who have been messed up. I hope the doctors and staff at this practice are smarter and more professional than Dr. Smith their partner in another practice.
