Established in 1991, Buy-Rite Flooring has been serving the multi-family and property management community in the greater Puget Sound region. Exceptional customer service is our governing principle before, during and after each sale. We know our customer is the lifeblood of our success. We provide exceptional customer service by infusing our organization with a “Yes is the answer, now what is your question?” philosophy. The simple secret is always finding a way to say yes to our customer. We also achieve a level of great customer service by empowering everyone associated with our company to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and to make sure our customer is happy the first time. We know that without customers, our company won't survive, and we try to demonstrate this knowledge by being helpful and concerned with no thought to the size of the job or the customer. We follow the golden rule of treating others as we want to be treated and apply this rule when dealing with our customers as well as our employees.
