I don't know how this place has gotten such good ratings. The food was awful. I ordered something with "lamb strips." What I was brought was a very thin, strange-tasting substance that was like lamb bologna, like lamb lunch meat. Granted it might usually cost $15 instead of $8 to have gotten decent real lamb, but why even serve something that disgusting? I don't eat wheat and so, didn't have the pita bread that went with it. Sometimes, restaurants cover up their poor meat choices with tasty bread, so maybe I missed the best part. The salad had a few green leaves on top, with pale iceberg underneath and the usual tomato and cucumber. Best salads? I don't think so. My friend had an eggplant pasta dish and said the sauce tasted canned. The service was fine. The ambiance OK.
