Along with offering individual therapy and family therapy, Dr. Pittman and the team of certified nurse practitioners provide adult psychiatry, adolescent psychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, dual diagnosis, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and weight management at their Arlington, TX facility. The practice offers hour-long initial appointments, 30-minute follow-up appointments, and hour-long therapy sessions on an in-person and telemedicine (telepsychiatry) basis.
