Went in for oil change and try to tell me more things were wrong. This place is dishonest and trashy

Good place to get an oil change, they deserve 5 STARS for Customer Service , for Quality (very good job replacing the oil pan of my new Beetle VW and fast) , for Price (labor hour rate very reasonable) and my special thanks to one of the employee's name:Andy for been very helpful, nice and professional in what he did; anyway, I strongly recommend this station

We have been taking all our vehicles to this business for any maintenance or needed repair for several years now. It is worth the trip of several miles across town because we trust these people - and we have never been disappointed with their services.

I went to kwik kar to get my car inspected.. It was a pleasureable expierence. I knew my car had some problems but i wanted to know exactly what the problems was and how to fix them.. They helped me identifying the problem even pointed me to where to go to attempt to fix em.. The crew was very patient and understanding. Pretty sure ill be a customer there forr a long time.

I took my car in for a check up to Kwik Kar and i was surprised to see how friendly the staff was. the result was of high quality in oil change,transmission checking, engine verifying, in a few words car maintenance.

They are very skillfull regarding auto repair.thank you,Kwik Kar

I'm not the type of person to vent about a company but this was TOTAL CHAOS!!!



I went in there for a simple Inspection- My CAR WAS RUNNING FINE early AM and walked out of there TWO DAYS LATER with over $450 worth of Repairs and additional testing, they STATED I NEEDED ( All kinds of miss pricing do to the fact they have 3-5 people running the show)

When the last straw was when they called me advised ALL the Repairs are Finished Car is READY - GOT THERE and was told it would take 2-3 hours wait to NOW to Get my Car Inspected



When I explained my issues they seemed passive and DIDNT CARE they knew they had my CAR - NO CREDIT NO REFUND- Sorry NOTHING - - I ORDERED MY CAR RETURNED NOW!!



Went down the street paid to get another inspection (I cant wait 2-3hrs I have to work) and in 10 min passed - Mean while some of the parts they claimed I needed where setting in the BOX BRAND NEW in the back seat of my car - NEVER Applied to my car - or Explained Why - WATCH OUT - They seem to be a family business but with family like - ILL DRIVE ON BYE

took it in to have a coolant leak located and repaired. also, had smoke in cabin from vents. i have a new water pump and a new blower moter resistor and i still have a coolant leak and now my passanger side air bag needs to be serviced. oh, and im out 1000 dollars.



thanks for nothing!!
