Horrible. I've gone to two stylists and both were not worth a return visit. The first hair cut was nothing great and I immediately fixed the style when I got home. She (Margaret?) used her hand to blow-dry my hair, which is weird since most salons use a round brush to get volume and shine. I wasn't impressed so I didn't return until a year later. I decided to give the place and a different stylist another try when a groupon came out. AWFUL!! The stylist, Kait, didn't listen. I asked for subtle, minimal highlights (I have very dark hair) that were a brown shade and NOT blonde, and ended up with blonde hair. It was obvious that Kait couldn't care less about my appointment or what I had asked for after she complained about the receptionists, owners, and busy schedule due to groupon users. I left thinking that I should give it some time to grow on me (change can be scary, right? Especially when you didn't ask for a drastic change), but I'm still very unhappy and wanted to warn others.

the owner of this salon is a unprofessional jerk.some friends n I had a monthly tanning package for many years.he often would charge r bank acct more then once every month.n then act like it was r fault.never outta the 10x or more did he say sorry it keeps happening.a friend canceled hers while bein pregnant n the
whole 9months he pulled the $from her bank acct.then was a jerk about having to pay her back.awful customer service.this isn't the half of Wat has gone on here.do not give ur money to this self centered arrogant a** hole.better business needs to look into this.if it happened to me n the 4 others I know then it has to b happening to others.n how many prob never realized Wat he is doin.he deserves to have no clientele.
