ACS Home Inspection Services - Excellent detailed report - 55 pages with numerous pictures showing the issues he found. Report included cost of repairs - I negotiated a better / lower price to compensate me for the repair costs. I highly recommend Brian Sullivan for any type of Inspection.

Brian Sullivan from ACS Home Inspection Services performed our Inspection.

He was very thorough and his Inspection report was indepth.

The Infrared Camera Inspection revealed electrical issues and plumbing issues that you couldn't see.

He was at the house for about 4 1/2 hours.

He was real particular about the electrical system - and there were considerable things that neede to be replaced.

The report was 28 pages long and included various pictures of issues that he noted in the report.

The report also gave an estimated repair cost to repair the things he found with the Infrared Camera Inspection.

We were able to negotiate $ 22,000 from the asking price and the repairs costs were about on the money from his estimated costs he listed in the written report.

We had called several other inspection companies - some were lower priced - all said it would take "at least an hour" ---- to do the inspection.

After talking with Mr. Sullivan and confirming his experience and credentials - we knew he was the one we wanted to do our Inspection.

I feel confident in his experience and it proved to be worth the Inspection cost.

According to his business card and websight, he also does commercial inspections.

We are property investors and will hire him for all of our inspections.
