If I could give a minus 5 I would. This place is horrible. My niece went there with three other family members who all had dip on their nails. The technician who helped her used a fake nail to scrap off the previous dip. She was in utter pain the entire time. When she returned home and I found out what happened I called the owner (a guy answered who acted as if he was the owner). He said the technician did this because she had on fake nails which is absolutely not true. They cut her nails off to the skin portion of her fingers. They were very long prior to this visit. He refused to give her her money back and hung up on me. Her nails and fingers are very sore now as a layer of her nail was removed. The old dip had the top of her nail on it. Several of our family members witnessed this. It is not an exaggeration. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Very sweet people, and I love the deal they have if you pay cash. They do a really good job for a great price.

Went in there today to get a full set and pedi. The lady acted like she in a rush the whole time half doing the Deluxe pedicure I paid for. Then when it was time for the full set rushed through that and left my nails boxy and thick! I chose this because it is the closest to my house but next time I will make that drive to His and Hers...

I got a pedicure and my nails done today. I was greeted with smile, given a beverage, and quickly seated. The atmosphere was relaxing and the people friendly. Most of all my nails look fabulous. In the 2 years I have gone, I have never been disappointed. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Worst nail place in town and there are a LOT of nail places in town. I could have done better on my own nails in the dark with just a rock and come elements glue.

I took my 3 year old daughter to get a mani and pedi and they were really good with her. But they charged $25. That's pretty expensive I thought. But then I got my nails done in a short almond nail and my nails are crooked and uneven. I can say however they were really sweet and nice I just did not get what I wanted at all

Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon ! I never had to wait 40 minutes just to get gel nails ? It took them 3 people to tell my nail tech how to do my nails , I don't if he was new or didn't understand what a simple french tip was ( the most basic design ) ? But after I waited 40 minutes it took 1 hour and 30 minutes just to do a classic French tip . My results were horrible !!!!! Each nail did not match at all , I walked out that place after 2 hours of hell and a waste of $30 ! I will not be going back to waste anymore of my time or money!

Excellent! Amy was fast and my nails were perfect! Everyone was friendly and the spa is immaculately clean! I'll use Amy exclusively! It's a great place!

This was my first time there....everyone was very friendly and spoke good enough English to be understood....everything was very clean and Tam did my nails and did an excellent job...she made sure the nails were exactly the way I wanted them

The place was really nice and the people were really nice until I didn't really like my nails and asked to re-do them and realizing that they over charged me $10. They charged me $45 to have an ombre and design, the listing shows $20 for shellac, $5 for design on 2 fingers and he told me $10 for ombre...it still only adds up to $35. They charged me $45 and there was a 15% for going on a Tuesday. I asked for a redo, did not get a design and they were rude about it and still did not give me my $10 back. It would not have bothered me so much if they would have been nice about it but being rude just made me more upset. I did not yell or get rude with them, i just wanted to be satisfied with my nails especially if i had to pay $45. To me that is a lot of money if you are not satisfied. And to top it off I specifically asked her if she could do ombre and she said yes, it was not at all like I wanted, it really was horrible. I will never go there again.

While the place itself is beautiful and the employees English is amazing I left with multiple cuts on my feet from her she messed up with her tools and didn't seem to care. Overall combining experience of the workers and customer service they most definitely get a two.
