I've taken my cars here for years. Great job.

I have had my oil changed here for years. This week I took my truck there to get oil and transmission fluids changed along with a Transmission cooler installed. They did a great job although they made a small mistake that effected my Transmission. Shannon the owner quickly admitted the wrong doing and made it right with me. Honesty is hard to come by these days in Auto repair shops. Shannon and his staff will always have my business and I will continue to send business his way every chance I get.

Although I have used this place in the past and have not had any problems with them, I took my new car in, and was asked if I wanted a regular or premium oil change. I said Premium because I wanted my new car to get taken care of. Little did I know I would be charged $75 after tax. I should have asked, but I was also told I had an oil leak, and it would probably cost $500 in labor to fix it. We took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion to be told that it is not leaking, and if it were we would have a pool on the ground and the oil would not just evaporate, like the tech at Kwik kar said it would. I am disappointed, and now will have to find a new place. I don't believe there is any difference between a premium oil change and a regular one except for an oil additive that they're trying to sell...If you go here make sure to ask what the difference is between the two before you give them your keys.

Wonderful place to do business. They don't take advantage of women. Every time I have gone to change my oil at other places they always changed my air filter and fuel filter. I didn't know that wasn't standard. The tech there said my filters were still good and didn't need to be changed. I walked out with the cheapest oil change I have ever had and my car vacuumed. I will always do business here. They are honest people.

Fast and fair priced, I needed 1 tire repaired and the attendant pointed out I had 4 weather rotted tires so I had them all changed out. I was treated with respect and was in no way under any pressure to go with the tires ,but after examining the problem I made the right decision. I have lived in Amarillo all my life and this shop is second to none for quality work and fair prices.
