Relief Zone is a Therapeutic and Medical massage clinic. We practice specifically combined techniques that bring about the fastest and best results. We strive to educate our clients about muscular health thereby equipping them to be in charge of their health. We ourselves continue seeking advanced education to keep us offering the best alternative health care in Albuquerque. With neuro-muscular techniques, all of our work should be ¿pain free¿ because causing pain sends nerve signals to the brain for the body to guard and protect, which is counter productive to muscle reeducation. Massage pressure should always stay within a range that is comfortable to the client, or at the edge of becoming painful ( what many call "hurts good" or "press right there" range) thereby sending nerve signals to the brain to relax and release tension and achieve speedy, long lasting recovery.
