      Do not hire this company! Precision Garage Door does shoddy work, uses inferior materials and is difficult to deal with. I regret getting a garage door installed by this untrustworthy company. I should have done my research! It has been over a year and I still don’t have a door that I can use. They don’t seem to know how to install doors properly. I was charged $1,139.50 for a new door. After using the door a few months I was charged $278.09 for a “crashed door”. The door broke down without any external force. The owner, Craig Amundson, came out a couple of times, who I need to point out is not a certified garage door installer, and tried to diagnose the problem himself. About a year later, Craig Amundson and Patrick Slater, the rep. for Amarr Heritage doors, also not a certified garage door installer, determined that the problem was my Genie garage door opener. My opener is new and in good condition. This company’s employees are poorly trained on any kind of openers. Now they want $450 for an opener and $250 to fix the broken door, track and rollers. The owner has yelled at me and even hung up on me. Craig Amundson does not stand behind his work or his promises. If this review saves anyone the trouble, time and money these guys have cost me, it was well worth it. Please save yourself a lot of headaches. Hire someone else.
