      Horrible Customer Service

      Receptionist made a schedule error and the office manager wanted to charge me extra money to "squeeze" me in. I waited 45 minutes before being told this and the office manager would not yield. So much for the customer being always right. Don't go to this vet!

      Great customer service, accomodating and sincerely caring about our dogs welfare, as well as our concerns. Compassionate and understanding. Medium size office that doesn't have the noise of a huge waiting room full anxious pets (and owners). Having to put down one of our dogs, a couple of years ago, was made as easy and comforting as possible, in a quiet, late afternoon appointment.
