For years ive dug deeper in the pit of verizon, my kicks to struggle out are mere rocks in wet sand. its like the drugs, seemz 2 good 2 b true, next thing ur bustin up phones n smokin that verizon nectar... err poison that is! be vary carefully thinked!

big letdown at verizon wireless located in the lower level of crossgates. terrible customer service. i wish i had the sales womans name so i can post it on this message. all i know is that she should not be working there, hell, i think even if she had a job picking up garbage on the side of the road she would still be rude and confused. if you are going to crossgates to do business with verizon then go to verizon on the 2nd level by the food court and see jesse. he is a very knowledgable salesman for verizon/

Very Poor. They will tell you they will give you a trial abosolutly free. After you have received the bill they will tell you it is only for the phone and you need to pay for the services used and you misunderstood.
