called the schenectady office to make an appointment - they were listed on my insurance provider's website. for some reason the phone rang over in the troy location. i was told that 1. they didn't know if the schenectady office took my insurance and 2. that i would have to keep trying the schenectady office to make an appointment, which seems like an exercise in futility since the schenectady # rings to troy.

The lady who took my call was very nice, but this is really half-assed. not going to waste any more time with this business.

I'm very happy with my care and the eye doctors. Staff is kind and knowledgable. Very good service and I also got my glasses here. I would recommend.

Doctor was very helpful. My mother had cataract surgery and see clearly now. No need for glasses. Staff was all professional.

Be prepared to be here for over 4 hours just for an appointment. By the time u leave,it's dark and your eyes r dilated. Good luck with that.
