I had dinner there tonight and was seriously disappointed. The prime rib was seriously overdone and flavorless, lots of fat chunks. Could not find the advertised shrimp skewers. Turns out they were under the counter and had to request it from the man cooking the meat and he would only give one skewer at a time. Someone did ask for 2 and he was rudely denied. The staff behind the counters was rude and unhelpful. If they were working in a office, they would all be fired. The only person who was helpful and friendly was the lady serving our drinks. So my summary for tonight is bad food and rude staff. Could have had a better meal with nice staff for only a few dollars more.

Provided by YP.comI entered this establishment, I walked up to pre-pay for the dinner. I sat down, waited for the server, and went up to the buffet tables. I had no idea they serve malamine plates like back in Junior high school. Then I smell something from the floor, I look down and food is smudged into the carpet, disgusting, the entire place needs a rug shampooing. As i sit with my friend, the hispanic people near us more near the front window is slapping their 3 year old for not eating, the child is crying, he doesnt want to eat anymore then he has already eaten. I leave in disgust, call the manager on my cellphone, I ask do you have cameras in the store, after three minutes he replies yes we do. I asked, How is it, you grant a parent the right in your resturant physically beating their child in your store? His replie is he didnt view the camera. My God man, you walk up and ask the patron to leave or call Police.

Provided by YP.comI went to this restaurant (and I use the term loosely) with my fiance. From the outset, when paying the surly cashier for our meal, I had a bad feeling that this wasn't going to be a pleasant eating experience. The restaurant had all the charm & atmosphere of a rundown high school cafeteria, and the food was pretty much fit for a dumpster. With the exception of the roast beef (which was served fresh, or maybe someone made a mistake and it was served while still edible), everything was either stale, over salted or not fit for consumption by anything living. The service was minimal at best, as it seemed that most of the employees couldn't wait to leave (I felt that way too after eating there). Our waitress would occasionally saunter by, maybe clear some plates, or offer a refill to our drinks over her shoulder as she hurried away (and she never did refill our drinks, but must of felt that by offering she was doing a great job). Otherwise, she sat in a booth nearby and watched the traffic outside.
I will never, ever return to this restaurant. Anyone who is a frequent customer needs to find a better place to dine (like the Japanese steakhouse next door, or the nearby McDonald's) or must enjoy the combination of lousy service and terrible food for a surprising high price. Avoid at all costs.
