In June of 2013 we purchased a Pella door and sidelights from Pella windows and doors in Colonie NY. In January we noticed condensation between the glass in one of the sidelights. Pella sent an inspector who deemed the sidelight defective and said Pella would contact us about a replacement. A month later I contacted Pella and they told me my paperwork was lost. One month after that they scheduled a replacement installation and showed up with the wrong sidelight. In May of 2014 two installers pried the old sidelight out of the frame damaging the inside trim and pulling out and snapping the alarm system connection wire. They promptly told me they were not responsible for alarm system damage. When they reinstalled the sidelight the screws went through the outside of the sidelight and cracked it. In March 2015 they delivered a new door and sidelights. It is the wrong one and is builders grade.
