      This company was probably my worst choice for my collision repair needs The workmanship at coles on central ave in Albany was terrible and when I returned my truck to them Joe the Manager and Lacy the onsite Geico adjuster apologized and said he never should have released my truck in that condition the rear bumper was loose and misaligned he told me to bring the truck back and he would take care of it  I said ok,  a few weeks later I brought the truck in for repair that he agreed to fix under his so called guarantee he told me another claim had to be filed with geico and I would have to pay another 500.00 deductible I went ballistic  lacy the geico adjuster agreed with him and lied saying I never came back the BEWARE of this LIAR I hope this review helps anyone considering coles auto body central ave Albany  BTW I had an Independent body shop confirm Cole's Collision sub standard work
