      We craft exquisite, fresh chocolates in many flavors. Each and every one is made by hand, using the artisans traditional techniques. We use only top quality, natural ingredients. But we also dip cookies and pretzels. We want to share our love of fine chocolate and fabulous baking with you. We want you to learn the difference between real chocolate and those products called "chocolate" but that have replaced solid cocoa mass and cocoa butter with fatty products ( chemical oils that resemble cocoa butter). Yes, they can look pretty and even have an acceptable taste, but no matter what it is just FAT and waxy chemicals. Did you know the tree's botanical name "theobroma cacao" means food of the gods? and that it is native to Mexico and some South American countries; that the first people to have made chocolate were the Aztecs (an ethnic group from Mexico) and that it was only for the noble? Considering that it was a product for the nobles and Gods it should taste like it... Right? Well, Aztec Chocolate offers to you that quality and taste of chocolate that should melt slowly in your mouth; free of waxy taste and fake chocolate butter.
